Pamela Meyer, Ph.D.
President
Meyer Creativity Associates
Pamela Meyer, Ph.D. is the President of Meyer Creativity Associates, inc. where she works with organizations internationally that want to create dynamic spaces for innovation, learning and positive change. Meyer is the author of “From Workspace to Playspace: A New Approach to Organizational Innovation, Learning and Change” (Jossey-Bass, 2010) and “Quantum Creativity: Nine Principles to Transform the Way Your Work” (Contemporary, 2000). Pamela teaches courses in business creativity, organizational change, and adult learning at DePaul University, where she is a faculty fellow at both the Center to Advance Education for Adults, and the Center for Creativity and Innovation.
Jim Lundy
Vice President, General Manager, Collaboration
Saba
Jim Lundy is the vice president and general manager of collaboration at Saba. He is responsible for driving the strategy and global execution of Saba’s collaboration offerings. Lundy brings over 27 years of experience in both product vision and delivery execution.
Most recently, Lundy was the managing vice president and distinguished analyst at Gartner. While at Gartner, he formed and led the Social Software and Collaboration team that focused on email, instant messaging, Web conferencing, social software, and team collaboration. Lundy also served as lead analyst on corporate learning and enterprise content management for a number of years.
Prior to joining Gartner, Lundy spent 15 years at Xerox in a variety of sales, marketing, and management positions in both hardware and software business units.
Lundy has a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.


Milind Pansare
Senior Director, Collaboration Product Marketing
Saba
Milind Pansare is responsible for driving product marketing strategy and execution for Saba’s Collaboration offerings, which include Enterprise Business Networking solutions and Web conferencing.
Prior to Saba, Milind led Marketing at an Enterprise 2.0 Open Source collaboration software startup. Milind has held several leadership roles at Sun Microsystems (now Oracle), where he led the worldwide Sun Partner program for ISVs. During his tenure at Sun, Milind helped expand Sun's technology partner ecosystem, launch several new products, and develop marketing strategy in Sun's Java Software and iPlanet (Sun/AOL/Netscape Alliance) Web Services portfolio. Milind has a strong Engineering background with a B.S. in Computer Science, and has managed engineering teams in the Java Software, Secure Operating System, and Window Systems and Graphics groups at Sun. He also managed and helped establish Sun’s Java Software and iPlanet overseas engineering teams.
Milind’s background includes roles at large companies like Hewlett Packard, and at startups as an advisor and Executive-in-Residence at a prominent Silicon Valley technology incubator.
Jason Stutt
Director of Product Strategy

Jason Stutt, Director of Product Strategy at Saba Software, brings over fifteen years experience working with people systems. He’s worked closely with hallmark fortune 500 companies around the world in most every industry including high-tech, pharmaceutical, government, automotive, financial and retail services. Over his career Jason has consulted and implemented people system technologies and provided strategic advice to some of the most notable firms in the world.
Mary Woolf
Director of Learning Technologies
Yum! Brands
Mary is the Director of Learning Technologies for Yum! University at YUM! Brands, Inc. She has served in this position since joining Yum! in September of 2008. In this role, she has the responsibility for leading the implementation and future strategy for Yum! Learning Technologies across 130 countries and 5 Brands. Previous to her role at Yum! Brands, Mary was a Managing Consultant with IBM and a Sr. Manager for The Walt Disney Company. Mary holds a B.S. in Psychology and Sociology from Kenyon College as well as an M.S. in Human Resources and an M.B.A. from Webster University. Mary lives with her husband in Winter Haven, FL.
Kathy Sahl
Manager of Global Learning
Briggs & Stratton
Kathy manages enterprise learning and development at Briggs & Stratton Corporation. She has an extensive background in education management and learning technologies, including the Saba Learning Management System (LMS) and Instructional Design as it relates to both instructor-led and online design, development and implementation. Her M.S. Ed. in Instructional Design and Performance Technology is from Northern Illinois University. Kathy has been with Briggs & Stratton for 8 years. Prior to Briggs she has held Learning Technology management positions at CA, Inc., Deluxe Corporation and eFunds Corporation.
