Yvette Cameron, Vice President, General Manager,
People Management, Saba

Yvette Cameron is the vice president and general manager of people management solutions at Saba. She is responsible for driving the strategy and global execution of Saba’s people management solutions. Yvette brings over 25 years of experience in Human Capital Management as both a former HR practitioner and in the delivery of HCM software and services.

Prior to joining Saba, Yvette served in senior leadership roles at SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards, leading the product strategy and development of strategic HCM solutions across talent management, business intelligence, collaboration, and outsourcing. Before entering the software field, she spent more than 12 years as a senior HR practitioner
responsible for HR service delivery and HRIS application strategy. Yvette holds a B.A. inapplied mathematics and statistics from California State University, Sacramento.


Ryan Vesely
Senior Product Strategy Manager, Performance

Ryan Vesely is the senior product strategy manager for Saba Performance. Since 2004, Vesely has been a strong advocate for people management systems, including social impact analysis, performance management, succession management, and workforce planning. In his experiences, he has gained insights into the practices of today’s leading organizations, and has worked with clients, prospects, and industry analysts to help them understand how technology can streamline and improve traditional processes to accelerate organizational success and efficiencies while engaging and motivating any organization’s most vital resource – its people.

Steve McLaughlin
Canada School of Public Service

Mr. McLaughlin has been a member of the Canadian Public Service for 26 years, predominately working in the Canadian government’s central banking and accounting organization. He is currently the Director General of Registration and Reporting at the Government of Canada’s central training organization, the Canada School of Public Service. The Canada School plays an important role in meeting the needs of both public servants and the government of Canada by providing one-stop access to learning, training, leadership and professional development to 270,000 Canadian Public servants. As part of his responsibilities, he was designated as the executive lead of his organizations Saba implementation, which is called the Integrated Learning Management System (I-LMS). His accomplishments include receiving a Government of Canada technology award in 2007 for innovative service delivery as well as being a recipient of the Queen’s Jubilee Medal in 2002 for distinctive public service.
