Pamela Meyer, Ph.D.
President
Meyer Creativity Associates

Pamela Meyer, Ph.D. is the President of Meyer Creativity Associates, inc. where she works with organizations internationally that want to create dynamic spaces for innovation, learning and positive change. Meyer is the author of “From Workspace to Playspace: A New Approach to Organizational Innovation, Learning and Change” (Jossey-Bass, 2010) and “Quantum Creativity: Nine Principles to Transform the Way Your Work” (Contemporary, 2000). Pamela teaches courses in business creativity, organizational change, and adult learning at DePaul University, where she is a faculty fellow at both the Center to Advance Education for Adults, and the Center for Creativity and Innovation.

Jim Lundy
Vice President, General Manager, Collaboration
Saba

Jim Lundy is the vice president and general manager of collaboration at Saba. He is responsible for driving the strategy and global execution of Saba’s collaboration offerings. Lundy brings over 27 years of experience in both product vision and delivery execution.

Most recently, Lundy was the managing vice president and distinguished analyst at Gartner. While at Gartner, he formed and led the Social Software and Collaboration team that focused on email, instant messaging, Web conferencing, social software, and team collaboration. Lundy also served as lead analyst on corporate learning and enterprise content management for a number of years.

Prior to joining Gartner, Lundy spent 15 years at Xerox in a variety of sales, marketing, and management positions in both hardware and software business units.

Lundy has a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University.

Josh Murrell

Five Guys

Josh Murrell is the son of the oldest of the Five Guys, a highly successful and growing restaurant group created and run by five brothers. Five Guys is a northern Virginia based burger chain that opened its first location in 1986 in Arlington, Virginia. Five Guys began franchising in 2003 and since has grown to over 750 locations in the US and Canada.  Josh started working full-time for Five Guys in 2004, starting as a regular store level employee and working through the ranks to become a General Manager of the store. In 2006, he became a Corporate Trainer and traveled around the country opening about 30 Five Guys locations.  He currently is the Training Network Administrator for all of Five Guys where he administers and oversees the Five Guys University LMS.  Josh strives to maintain the same fanatical focus that his family has on great quality and service throughout the entire company.

David Koehn
Product Strategy for People Learning
Saba

David Koehn leads Saba’s strategic direction in the area of Saba Learning. David’s 10 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and product management within the enterprise software space span multiple venture-funded start-ups and several public companies. Before joining Saba, David started his career as a teacher, graduated to guiding corporate education services, and evolved into starting his own venture-funded learning start-up.
 
David’s experience with mobile learning began with the delivery of an mLearning service at AvantGo, a start-up he worked for that went public before being acquired by Sybase. In Craig Settles’ book Wireless, Inc. (2002), David is noted as one of the first to create an mLearning product and associated courses. After AvantGo, David founded the mobile learning start-up Tailwind, funded by Nokia and others. David’s experience with mobile learning continued after Tailwind including time at the venture-funded start-up MorfMobile when its board asked him to step in as CEO. MorfMobile focused on the dynamic generation of interactive mobile Web pages and video catalogs for mobile consumers. At Saba David has led the product strategy for Saba Anywhere for Windows and guides Saba’s mobile learning initiatives.


Nag Chandrashekar
Senior Product Manager
Saba

Nag is part of the Product Strategy team at Saba with responsibility for Saba Centra, Saba’s real-time offering that powers meetings, virtual classrooms and even large scale webinars.

Nag has extensive experience in the area of Learning & Content Management Systems, social and real-time collaboration systems and their integration with HR systems and portal solutions. He is a subject matter expert in the area of content lifecycle management, which includes content authoring, content management, catalog support and content players that can view informal, rich media and standards based content (SCORM and AICC) . In addition, Nag has been instrumental in creating some of Saba’s innovative Mobile offerings, which include Saba Centra for the iPhone and iPad.

Nag was originally part of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting and THINQ Consulting group and has been using his customer experiences and technical knowledge to assist in the development of powerful, intuitive and easy-to-use products in the People Collaboration Space. 

Trina Greer
Chief Learning Officer
Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)

Trina Greer is currently the Chief Learning Officer for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) University Online. In her role, she maintains accountability for workforce development and distributed learning of HHS’ 85K employees. In addition, she provides strategic leadership, direction and oversight of the HHS Learning Management System currently accessible to 95,000+ federal and contractor employees. She also provides advisory services and guidance pertaining to employee development and human capital directives promulgated by the Chief Human Capital Officer. Prior to joining HHS two years ago, Trina worked in management consulting and as a Professor to MBA students. She consulted to private sector, Federal and Defense clients in the areas of enterprise transformation, performance, corporate strategy and organization efficiency. She holds a MBA (Management) and PhD (Leadership & Organization Change).

Peter Olguin
Senior Manager, DLP Strategy and Operations Global Learning Services
Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Services

Peter Olguin has spent the past 12 years immersed in Saba software on a daily basis. He joined Saba as its first technical trainer in 1998, when the company had only 5 customers. He spent the next 6 years traveling the globe helping new customers get the most out of their Saba purchase. In 2005, he moved to Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, where he became the manager of Deloitte's global Saba deployment, currently serving approximately 165,000 learners in over 70 countries.
