Pamela Meyer, Ph.D.

Pamela Meyer, Ph.D. is the President of Meyer Creativity Associates, inc. where she works with organizations internationally that want to create dynamic spaces for innovation, learning and positive change. Meyer is the author of “From Workspace to Playspace: A New Approach to Organizational Innovation, Learning and Change” (Jossey-Bass, 2010) and “Quantum Creativity: Nine Principles to Transform the Way Your Work” (Contemporary, 2000). Pamela teaches courses in business creativity, organizational change, and adult learning at DePaul University, where she is a faculty fellow at both the Center to Advance Education for Adults, and the Center for Creativity and Innovation.

Jeff Carr
President, Global Field Operations

As President, Global Field Operations, Jeff Carr is responsible for Saba’s worldwide field operations, including sales, professional services, alliances, and customer success. A seasoned Human Capital Management (HCM) software executive, Carr brings to Saba more than 25 years of experience in global enterprise software and on-demand sales, marketing, services, and global operations from a number of leading public and private companies.

Prior to joining Saba, Carr served as Executive Vice President at Taleo, where he had responsibility for global sales, alliances, and customer success programs. During his tenure, Carr helped deliver record revenues and margins and served as a key driver behind the company's strategy and corporate direction over the last four years.

Carr’s extensive HCM experience includes nine years with PeopleSoft Inc., where he ran a number of sales teams and business units and later served as a Division President and then Executive Vice President, worldwide marketing, strategy, and emerging markets. Carr has also served as CEO of Motiva Inc., a leader in the enterprise incentive management industry, and as President and COO of RightWorks Corporation, a leading provider of B2B business applications. Carr began his enterprise software career in sales at human resource management pioneer Integral Systems.

Josh Murrell

Josh Murrell is the son of the oldest of the Five Guys, a highly successful and growing restaurant group created and run by five brothers. Five Guys is a northern Virginia based burger chain that opened its first location in 1986 in Arlington, Virginia. Five Guys began franchising in 2003 and since has grown to over 750 locations in the US and Canada.  Josh started working full-time for Five Guys in 2004, starting as a regular store level employee and working through the ranks to become a General Manager of the store. In 2006, he became a Corporate Trainer and traveled around the country opening about 30 Five Guys locations.  He currently is the Training Network Administrator for all of Five Guys where he administers and oversees the Five Guys University LMS.  Josh strives to maintain the same fanatical focus that his family has on great quality and service throughout the entire company.

Diane Haft
Manager of Learning Business Processes

Diane Haft is the Manager of Learning Business Processes within the IBM Center for Learning and Development.  She is responsible for driving the business processes and technology implementation in support of IBM's learning and development.  Diane has over 30 years of experience as an IT professional and is a PMP and IBM Certified Project Manager.  She has held various roles in IBM in development, support and business processes.

Maria Verrigni

Maria Verrigni is a responsible for driving strategy and execution of IBM's succession planning program. Maria has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional. She has held various roles in IBM as a human resources business partner, and in compensation design, benefits and resource management.

Peter Rogers

Peter Rogers is the Senior Director of the global Learning Management service responsible for leading the deployment and support of Learning tools to the various sanofi-aventis businesses.  In addition to the Learning Management System Service, Peter’s team also provides additional services including: eLearning development, a Training Blog, Report Development and a Quick Start methodology for the fast deployment of the Saba Learning Management Solution.  Peter has 25 years of IT experience, with the most recent 8 years leading the Saba Learning implementation within sanofi-aventis.  Peter has been with sanofi-aventis for 10 years and previously held various leadership positions at Merial, and BASF.
